More About Your Mediator:
Megan practices in the area of Estate Planning and Probate Administration with her father in their law practice of Moschell & Moschell. Megan also attended law school and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. During her time there, she was active as the President of the Evening Law Student Association, and she participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic where she received hands on mediation experience and training. The clinic fueled her passion for alternative dispute resolution, and pursued mediator certification prior to graduating from law school.
As a mediator, Megan addresses the specific needs and interests of each party. She is adaptable and recognizes that every case has its own unique challenges. Megan hopes to promote alternative dispute resolution as a first step in disputes to expeditiously resolve conflict. She focuses on objectives and narrows down the important issues. Above all, Megan strives to be a creative problem solver to help parties develop a concrete plan to move forward toward settlement.
