The Florida Supreme Court has established minimum standards and procedures for qualifications, certification, professional conduct, discipline, and training for mediators and arbitrators who are appointed. 

All Mediators working through or recommended by the Miami Mediation Group are certified by the Florida Supreme Court.

Megan practices in the area of Estate Planning and Probate Administration with her father in their law practice of Moschell & Moschell. Megan also attended law school and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. During her time there, she was active as the President of the Evening Law Student Association, and she participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic where she received hands on mediation experience and training. The clinic fueled her passion for alternative dispute resolution, and she continued training with The Mediation Training group and was later certified.


As a mediator, Megan addresses the specific needs and interests of each party, and recognizes that every case is different. Megan hopes to promote alternative dispute resolution as a first step in disputes to expeditiously resolve conflict. She focuses on objectives and narrows down the important issues.  Above all, Megan strives to be a creative problem solver to help parties develop a concrete plan to move forward toward settlement.

Her practice covers every aspect of divorce and paternity cases including child custody, parenting time, and all financial matters.  Tiffany offers a personalized service, which addresses the specific needs and interests of each party, recognizing every case is different. Divorce mediation is even more relevant during these difficult economic times with the need to look at costs and realistic options that are workable in each particular set of circumstances. Divorce mediation does not need to be a long, drawn-out process. Tiffany hopes to resolve all issues within one to two sessions in a relaxed and informal environment.
