MIAMI MEDIATION GROUP

Our normal hours of mediation are from 9 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday. If you wish to schedule a mediation in the evenings after 5 PM or on a weekend, we will try to accommodate your schedule. Additional after hours fees may apply.

Currently, Megan Moschell's standard hourly rate is $350 per hour with a two hour minimum.

When scheduling your mediation, please consider all of the issues that may need to be discussed and be sure to schedule enough time that would be appropriate so parties do not feel rushed. Please be aware that other mediations may begin immediately after any scheduled mediation, and the parties may not be able to go over in time if needed. It is best to anticipate a longer time when scheduling a mediation.
